Refund Policy

This policy covers payments for LinkOut Pro, the subscription you buy from us. It does not cover anything you buy from a creator on their LinkOut page; for those purchases, the creator is the seller and their own refund terms apply.

Try before you pay

Every new account can start a 7-day Pro trial with no payment method. Use it to check that Pro does what you need. When the trial ends you return to the Free plan automatically. Nothing is charged, nothing is deleted.

All Pro payments are final

All Pro payments are final. No refunds or partial refunds for unused time; cancel any time and keep Pro until the period ends.

This applies to monthly and yearly plans, in every currency, whether you forgot to cancel, changed your mind, or stopped using the Service. We keep the policy simple so we can keep the price low.

Cancelling

• Cancel from Settings → Billing, or through the billing portal, at any time.
• Your subscription will not renew. You keep every Pro feature until the end of the period you already paid for.
• After that your account moves to Free. Pro-only blocks are hidden but their settings are saved; they come back if you subscribe again.

Exceptions we will always honour

• Duplicate charges or charges after a confirmed cancellation: refunded in full.
• A defect on our side that made Pro unusable for a significant part of a billing period and that we could not fix in a reasonable time: we will refund or credit at our discretion.
• Where the law requires it, for example statutory cooling-off rights that cannot be waived in your country. If you are entitled to such a right, tell us within the statutory window.

Payment processing

Pro is sold by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Your invoice and any refund will come from Dodo Payments. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location. Failed renewals are retried for a short grace period; if payment cannot be collected, the subscription ends and the account returns to Free.
